AI Assistant now included in the Essentials plan

  • Improved The Essentials plan now includes the AI Lab Assistant, Config Studio, and Launch Assistant — every lab gets plain-English answers, guided setup, and configure-by-chat from day one, at no extra cost.
  • Improved Existing Essentials labs are upgraded automatically — the AI Assistant and Config Studio tabs appear in the sidebar with no action needed.

Instrument run scheduler with compliance gates and utilization analytics

  • New Instrument Runs: schedule analysis sessions per instrument, queue pending sample tests, and walk each run through scheduled → in progress → completed with a full audit trail.
  • New Pre-run compliance gates: every run records a check for instrument service status, calibration due dates, analyst training, sample preparation, and holding-time expiry — re-checkable at any time before analysis starts.
  • New Instrument data imports can now be tied to a run: imported results automatically reconcile against the run's queued tests, so you can see exactly which queued work came back from the instrument.
  • New Utilization analytics: per-instrument runs, hours used, completion counts, and backlog over a 7/30/90-day window, plus overall result-reconciliation rates.

AI troubleshooting, uploader monitoring, and in-app version baseline

  • New AI Lab Assistant can now diagnose stuck samples — ask "why can't I release this sample?" and get the exact blockers (unverified results, QC failures, pending approvals, open investigations) straight from the release-gate logic.
  • New Instrument uploader monitoring: pair upload-only keys to watched folders and get alerted when an uploader goes offline.
  • Improved The application version is now shown in Settings → Overview so validation baselines (IQ) and periodic reviews can reference the exact release.
