Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a trial period so you can explore the platform before committing. Request early access to get started.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains available for export (CSV/PDF) for 30 days after cancellation. We never delete your data without notice.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available at a discount. Contact us for details when you sign up.
Can you help migrate data from spreadsheets?
We support CSV import for samples and results. For Professional and Enterprise plans, we offer guided onboarding to help with data migration.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
Starter is self-service with no setup fee. Professional includes guided onboarding ($999 one-time). Enterprise includes a dedicated implementation team ($4,999 one-time).
