How is a "sample" counted?
A "sample" is one sample logged (received) into Aliquora during a calendar month. Re-tests and additional analyses on the same sample do not count again.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Both. Pay monthly with no contract — cancel anytime, committing only one month at a time — or save about 17% (two months free) by paying annually. Either way, every plan still includes unlimited users.
Do you really not charge per user?
Correct — every plan includes unlimited users. Add analysts, reviewers, and managers without changing your price. Plans differ only by monthly sample volume and the analytical features you need.
What happens if I go over my monthly sample volume?
Nothing breaks. Samples over your plan's monthly cap are billed at the per-sample overage rate shown on each plan. If you're regularly over, moving up a tier is usually cheaper — we'll flag it.
What is the setup fee for?
Every plan has the same low one-time onboarding fee of $500. It covers guided setup: configuring your test methods, specification limits, and COA template, and importing your existing data so you're running on real workflows, not a blank system.
