Export what you have
CSV, TSV, or Excel — from a spreadsheet, a legacy LIMS export, or whatever convention your lab has carried for years. You don't reformat anything first.
AI maps your columns
Upload into the migration wizard and it proposes the column mapping for clients, test definitions, and samples with results. You confirm or correct; nothing is written yet.
Dry-run, then commit
The preview shows exactly what each row will do — create, update, skip, or error — before anything touches your data. The commit executes that same plan, and re-running the same file never duplicates records.

Implementation on every paid plan includes hands-on help importing your existing data. Send us your files and we do the mapping with you.
The old system keeps working
Nothing about starting Aliquora requires switching anything off. Most labs run both side by side and let the spreadsheet retire itself — usually within a month.
If we can't import it, you don't start paying
During your trial we'll prove the migration on your real data. If your historical clients, tests, and sample records can't be brought over cleanly, you walk away having paid nothing.
Your data leaves as easily as it arrived
Full CSV export of everything, any time, no export fee, no retention hostage-taking. It's your data.
